Dry Tortugas Enviromental News
The Dry Tortugas are a group of seven small islands, made of sand and coral reefs. We're known far and wide for our glorious flora and fauna, not mention our warm waters!
The Dry Tortugas are highly susceptible to natural events such as hurricanes, environmental disasters, ocean pollution and anything that can adversely affect their delicate eco-system.
Naturally, then, we're very interested in all things environmental and so we're happy to provide our visitors to some links about our environmental history, from hurricanes to the work to save coral reefs, and more.
